Junior Sales Representative

As a result of expansion Softworks currently have a vacancy for a junior sales representative.  The role involves selling and promoting Softworks highly successful Time & Attendance/Flexitime, Labour Scheduling, Job/Project tracking and Access control solutions to the SME market. In the course of your duties you will be required to self generate leads, create customer understanding and generate interest in our products and services.  The successful candidate will be driven, positive and determined, be a highly motivated self-starter and must have an ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills and be computer literate. Preference will be given to candidates with previous cold calling experience and providing web demonstrations will be an advantage.  However as full training will be given this could be an ideal opportunity for an exceptionally driven and focused individual to start a new selling career. As this is a direct selling role, fluent English is essential.
