Today we are officially launching The Softworks Forum. For a while now we have been reviewing how we might put all of our experience, along with all of your knowledge, together for the betterment of all of us and the wider Workforce Management community.... We have been working on its design, functionality and details, and today we are happy to finally welcome you to the new forum. The idea behind it is to provide our community with a place to share ideas, thoughts and suggestions not necessarily only relating to technology, discuss problems, developments and ideas, ask questions and provide answers. You can also discuss Softworks Software or just chat with the members of our community about anything you want. Or area's that are topical or impacting your company, section/department or employees...

We are launching the forum firstly to our customers, but feel free to pass the link onto anyone you want or think may have an interest... our plan will be to promote it within the wider community over the coming weeks/months... although we would hope that it will spread by word of mouth... a case of help others by helping yourselves... so really it's there for you and we will facilitate it....

So what we want to achieve something simple yet extremely important with this forum: to bring people with an interest in Workforce Management together and offer them a place to exchange ideas, share experiences and documents.

As we are only launching it today, the forum is very young and needs active members who are willing to help and contribute. So, we welcome everybody to check out the forum and browse its threads. Everybody can read most threads, but if you would like to participate in the discussion or setup a topic you would like others to comment on, you'll need to register and log in first. It's really no big deal, registering is easy, and members can customise their profiles however they wish. What were looking for are the enlightened..... And we know you are all that - given you choose Softworks in the first place...

Everything is brand new and if you participate from the very beginning, you can have a huge impact on the forum, on the community and on its future.

Games Workshop

We used to have to work out all the shift enhancements and calculate the entitlements to be paid manually. Now we don't have to do that because the Softworks solution does it all for us. I think we must save at least two days each 4-weekly pay period through not having to make all the manual adjustments
