Reports & Analytics
The standard Reports provided with Softworks Express include;
- Benchmark Reports – Compare and contrast one department's performance against another or against the company average.
- Trend Analysis - Compare, cost and reference absenteeism and overtime trends by personnel criteria such as department, day, month, employee status, doctor, training etc.
- Cost Analysis – Determine the "true cost" of absenteeism cover over time.
- Ranking - Highlight employees' absence, overtime or punctuality and rank reports by either duration, number of occasions and/or costs. You can also use the report for positive reinforcement to focus on those employees who show the superior work habits you may wish all employees to emulate.
- Bradford Factor – Measure an employee's irregularity of attendance to see if short spells of absence are greater than occasional, longer periods of absence.
- Overtime Analysis – Evaluate the reasons for overtime eg. busy period of the year, absenteeism etc.
- Planned Absence – Plan for pre-booked absences in departments/teams, and allow your management team to organise staffing levels accordingly and ensure an adequate staffing level is maintained at all times.
- Shifts & Rosters – Scheduled employee shifts, hours rostered per shift, holidays (taken or planned) and rest days. In the event of an unscheduled absence, the system can be used to quickly identify other employees who may be in a position to provide cover.
- Category Balances and Accruals/Liabilities – Review employee balance details at a glance. For the purpose of tracking balances against thresholds eg. Holidays, sick leave, training etc. an unlimited number of balance categories can be set up and/or accrued.

- Evacuation Roll Call
The Softworks Solution can be linked directly to your fire alarm system and in the event of the alarm sounding an evacuation list of all employees' presently clocked in will automatically print off at a designated printer providing you with the up to date information an emergency situation demands.

Finger/Facial Reader :
Biometric face recognition works by analyzing a subject's facial structure, face recognition software takes a number of points and measurements, including the distances between key characteristics such as eyes, nose and mouth, angles of key features such as the jaw and forehead, and lengths of various portions of the face.
Using all of this information, it creates a unique template incorporating all of the numerical data. This template may then be compared to identify the subject.
