At Softworks we understand that training and education provides a critical step towards getting the most out of your solution. Therefore, we have designed a training programme that provides our customers with the guidance and support needed to become effective quickly.

Experienced technical professionals, who are thoroughly trained on Softworks application functionality, teach our courses. We offer leader-led instruction on the Softworks suite of workforce solutions and have developed a course curriculum for System Administrator, Supervisor and Employee levels. We also host regular webinars to keep customers up to date with the latest functionality and developments and all customers have access to our video training library.
