Flexitime within the Public Sector - A look at how our UK and Irish Counterparts have integrated Flexitime as an Employee Incentive.

Andrew's presentation will look at how  flexitime operates in the UK and Irish public sector, together with the  benefits, problems and main issues that our European Counterparts have encountered and overcome in the use of flexible working hours. It will focus on the effects of flexible work practices on both compliance and issues and union agreements with a live video link up being made with a large European user of flexitime. The presentation will also examine the implications of flexitime on both labour relations and employee satisfaction and how flexible working within the public sector has been taken a step further form a perk to a norm.
