Standardised Policies
Softworks Tracks Standardised Policies
As the duty of care obligations on management becomes more and more onerous over time, managers need all the assistance they can get in ensuring that company policy and procedure are applied in a consistent and equitable manner across the organisation.
Softworks have developed a series of tools within our Workforce Optimisation suite that encourage and track the consistent adoption of company policy. This will ultimately act as a buffer to protect the organization and the individual from future legal action on grounds of unfair treatment, breach of health and safety policy or particular entitlements not being granted.
Particular areas and events that can be tracked include;
- Occupational Health Interviews
- Return to Work interviews following illness
- Health & Safety Requirements
- Expiry of Critical Skills
- Recording of all disciplinary activity at line manager level
- Ensuring employees are aware of all their statutory entitlements
Softworks Workforce Solutions include:

“When we first saw a demonstration of the system, we felt this was a system that we needed and could easily use. The menus are very clear and the links flow logically. While it wasn’t the cheapest system we looked at, I believe you get what you pay for and we have got a good, user friendly solution that has delivered what it said it would,” says Joe Kenny, IT Manager at Dublin Bus.
Declan Duggan, IT Senior Account Manager at Heineken says: “Softworks gave us exactly what we asked for, within the expected timeframe and for the price we wanted to pay.”
Cormac Clancy, IT Manager at Ordnance Survey Ireland says: "Their flexitime system satisfied all of the requirements as specified in the tender and after speaking to other companies where the ClockWise system was operating live, we were convinced that ClockWise provided all the functionality that we required, including flexibility, ease of use, security, web-enabled, good project-management and value for money"
